"Very unprofessional . They will take your info but never call you back . Or they will give u very high prices as soon you mentioned u r new driver why Inshurance so high ? They will transfer your call to 2nd person and they will say i will review and call you back but no one will ever call u back ."

"Yolanda has been my agent for more than 10 year.. she amazing any questions I have are always answered.. the staff is also friendly.. highly recommend Since Yolanda has left I have been disappointed over and over again my policy constantly going up for no reason I call the office speak to the agents and they are clueless I spoke to Marc which he told me he will work on my policy and get back to me I am still waiting on that also let’s keep in mind the pandemic was 4 years ago the excuse I get is overwriting is backed up so it will take some months before my policy is fixed mean while i have to pay for someone’s mistake I been with start farm for over a decade NEVER experienced this i am what you call a loyal customer but don’t get treated like one"

"After using liberty mutual for over 15 years, we were very upset when they weren’t able to provide us with home owners insurance for our new home. After shopping around we were directed to Matt Rivera with Marc Torres State Farm group. Our fears and concerns were immediately wiped away after talking to him. He not only was able to get us an amazing policy for our home but he beat out the auto policy that we had with liberty mutual. If you are on the fence about switching, do it! "I was having a hard time trying to get insurance. So I called State Farm at Mark Torres office. I spoke to a lady named Isa. I can say that she took her job seriously and promised me she will do everything possible to help me, and she did. It's hard to find people that actually go far and beyond for their customers.
